Sizzle Sizzle Summer Sun

In the heat of the summer sun we chilled out in the shade.  We made shade shelters to help us keep out of the sun and thought about which other animals lived in shady habitats in our school grounds.

This week we developed the idea of looking from different perspectives and took some top tips from nature for how to make ourselves blend in.

Weaving our Learning Journeys

This week was a big week for our Year Fours who began their own Forest School projects.  They learnt how to do a 'tool talk' to demonstrate safe use of the tools they will use and began to source the materials they will need.
